SEYMOUR, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – The Seymour Police Department arrested a 20-year-old Gillett man after officers found items in his car.
The incident happened Saturday, March 23, 2019 around 5 o’clock p.m. on South Main Street and Highway 54. Police say the man was first pulled over for a seat belt and license plate violation.
Officers then asked the driver to step out of the car but the man refused. According to police the man also obstructed officers.
Police then removed the man from the vehicle and sprayed him with pepper spray.
Meth packaged for sale, an unknown amount of money, a scale and marijuana in a plant and concentrated form were found in the vehicle.
The man was booked into the Outagamie County Jail for the following:
- Resisting/Obstructing
- Manufacture/Deliver Methamphetamine
- Manufacture/Deliver THC and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
