OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ) – A woman who was arrested for her second OWI is also facing charges for hitting a man, causing life-threatening injuries.
Oshkosh Police say a 45-year-old Omro man was hit by the vehicle driven by the woman early Sunday morning on Boyd Street.
The man was found laying in the road. The 30-year-old Omro woman was taken into custody.
