OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ) – An Oshkosh man will spend three decades behind bars following a fatal stabbing.
18-year-old Charles Martin has been sentenced to 20 years in prison and 15 years of extended supervision for the April 2018 murder of 18-year-old Noah Williams.
While Martin also has been sentenced to another 10 years in prison and 5 years of extended supervision for injuring 18-year-old Trei Appleby in the same incident.
Martin eventually said he went to the apartment to rob Williams, under the pretense of buying drugs from him after previously changing his story several times, according to the criminal complaint.
In February, Martin pleaded no contest to the charges.
