NEENAH, WI (WLUK) — Waupaca County Judge Raymond Huber has died.
Huber, 68, passed away at a Neenah hospital Friday from injuries sustained in a fall, according to an obituary.
Huber was elected to the Waupaca County Circuit Court in 2000. He was the presiding judge in several recent high-profile cases, including the Tony Haase murder trial and the Scott Farmer drunken driving crash in Weyauwega that killed four siblings.
Prior to his time as a judge, Huber worked as an attorney in Wausau and Clintonville. He also served as the Clintonville city attorney.
Huber graduated from Clintonville High School in 1975 and attended law school at Carroll University and UW-Madison.
He is survived by his wife, Joan, and other family members. Services will be held Tuesday and Wednesday at United Methodist Church in Clintonville.
