The U.S. Coast Guard is continuing operations on Monday, depending on weather and wind conditions, which may take several days to complete.
On or around April 3 is when commercial carriers are expected to begin transiting the bay of Green Bay.
Those who fish or operate all-terrain vehicles on Sturgeon Bay or the bay of Green Bay should plan activities carefully and stay away from shipping channels, according to the Coast Guard.
