DE PERE, WI (WTAQ) – A Shopko distribution center is ceasing all operations.
Spectrum America Supply Chain Solutions Inc. in De Pere is closing by May 20, a move which will eliminate 225 jobs.
The announcement comes in the wake of Shopko’s decision earlier this month to close all remaining department stores permanently by June of this year.
The Ashwaubenon-based retailer started closing stores in December 2018 and officially filed for bankruptcy on January 16, 2019.
Omaha, Nebraska and Boise, Idaho are the two other United States locations of Spectrum America Supply Chain Solutions Inc.
