RACINE, WI (MetroSource-WSAU) – A former high school worker in Racine is facing charges for making a sex tape with a 17-year-old boy. The 22-year-old female suspect was living with the teen and considered him her boyfriend. A criminal complaint says at least one sex act was filmed on her cellphone in March. It was deleted, but was recovered after police seized her phone.
Because of the boy’s age, such a video would be considered child pornograpy.
Amanda Eckblad worked at Case High School last year in the truancy abatement program. She is scheduled for a court appearance today, and could face 25-years in prison if convicted.
Eckblad remains jailed, unable to post $25,000 bond. Prosecutors say if she is released while awaiting trial, they’ll seek a court order for her to have to contact with the alleged victim.
It’s unknown if the teenager involved was a student at the school.
