UNDATED (MetroSource-WSAU) The latest April storm has dumped snow across southern and western Wisconsin.
The storm started Thursday and dropped nine inches of new snow in Baraboo, 5-inches in Madison, and 5-inches of snow in Wisconsin Dells. Fans who attended yesterday’s Brewers game at Miller Park in Milwaukee found a light dusting of snow on their cars as they left the ballpark.
A Winter Storm Warning for several counties in southern Wisconsin ended early Thursday morning.
Much of the new snow — and the accumulations from last weekend’s storms — will begin to melt away Thursday, Friday and into the weekend. Temperatures will climb above freezing for almost all of the state, which much warmer weather on Saturday and Sunday.
