John Forbes faces two felony Theft counts for the alleged March forklift thefts in Appleton.
A trial is set for June 11-12.
Forbes is charged along with 42-year-old Jason Havel of Appleton, who has a pre-trial conference scheduled for July 11.
Both men were also charged in stealing 1,700 cases of diapers that were being stored at Valley Packaging for the Fox Cities Diaper Bank.
Havel was convicted in that case Tuesday while Forbes has a plea hearing on June 29.
