WAUSAU, WI (WSAU-WAOW) — The second suspect of a drugged rape case involving a 17-year-old girl in Marathon County has been ordered to trial.
57-year-old Scott Filtz of Hatley appeared in court one week after his son, 20-year-old Raymond Filtz of Stevens Point. Both are accused of drugging a 17-year-old former girlfriend of Raymond’s in a glass of wine on July 1st and having sex with her without her known consent.
