The Green Bay Phoenix came unglued in the second half of Tuesday night’s game against Indiana State in Terre Haute, falling to the Sycamores 85-63.
The contest was tied at 32 at intermission.
Indiana State went on a pair of big runs (22-5 and 24-10) to blow the game open, led by guard Jordan Barnes who finished with 22 points.
The Phoenix made only 3 of 18 three point attempts (16.7 %), a season low. Khalil Small reached double figures for the ninth straight game with 15 points. Kam Hankerson and Manny Patterson each added 11.
Green Bay falls to 3-6 on the season and they’ll return home to face UW-Parkside Saturday night at the Resch Center with a 6:00 PM tip-off.
