MILWAUKEE (MetroSource) The owners of the now-closed Badger Guns will pay $250,000 to settle a lawsuit.
The “Milwaukee Journal Sentinel” reports Milwaukee Police Officer Jose Lopez was awarded $22,500 and former officer Alejandro Arce was given $85,000 from the insurance company representing the owners and the store.
They sued after being shot and wounded by a gun sold at the store. The settlement was reached before the case went to trial.
