GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) – Just when Davante Adams appeared to be shaking out a season long slump, there’s concerns that he may not be available for the Packers Divisional Playoff game at Arizona on Saturday night.
ESPN.com is says according to a source, further tests on Adams’ right knee showed a possible MCL sprain.
The Packers won’t practice until Wednesday and Coach Mike McCarthy refused to speculate on the condition of any of his injured players before then.
Adams left the Washington game in the 3rd quarter and could not finish.
MCL sprains typically don’t need surgery, but the balance of the season for Adams would appear to be in jeopardy.
