ASHWAUBENON, WI (WTAQ) – A mother, son and his girlfriend were arrested after Ashwaubenon authorities say they uncovered the trio living in a drug house.
Ashwaubenon Public Safety officials were called to a home on Viking Drive Wednesday for a man who had overdosed on heroin.
Authorities were able to administer Narcan to the victim and resuscitate him.
An investigation of the home found that his mother, identified as 53-year-old Elizabeth Woods, allegedly supplied the heroin. A search inside uncovered numerous items of drug paraphernalia, heroin, marijuana, methamphetamine and prescription drugs.
Woods was jailed on charges of first-degree reckless injury, possession of heroin, keeper of a drug house, manufacturing/delivery of heroin and felony bail jumping.
Also arrested was her son, 22-year-old Nicholas Hermes, on charges of possession of heroin, possession with intent to abuse a hazardous substance, keeper of a drug house and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Hermes’ girlfriend, 22-year-old Chelsea Petts, was arrested on charges of possession of heroin, possession with intent to abuse a hazardous substance, keeper of a drug house and possession of drug paraphernalia.
