MILWAUKEE (WTAQ) – Two men have been charged in the shooting death of an auto passenger on Interstate 894 near Milwaukee.
Prosecutors said 25-year-old Randall Radtke’s body was dumped outside a house on the city’s south side, where it was found April 20th.
In a Sunday court proceeding, 30-year-old Andrew Scholz — whose address is listed as Phillips in northwest Wisconsin — was held under a $100,000 cash bond. He’s due back in court a week from Wednesday for a preliminary hearing on charges of first-degree intentional homicide and illegal firearm possession as a previously convicted felon.
32-year-old Claytin Krimmer of Oak Creek, who was allegedly driving the car when Radtke was shot, is charged with aiding a felon. He’s under a $500 cash bond, pending his preliminary hearing in nine days.
Authorities said the two suspects visited a friend in Waukesha — and then drove onto the freeway with a woman who was also in the vehicle. She was not charged.
