(WNFL)- The Milwaukee Bucks practiced today at Imperial College in London, where they’ll play the New York Knicks on Thursday as part of the NBA’s “Global Games.” Afterward, the players toured Stamford Bridge, where the Chelsea soccer team plays. A couple of Bucks’ players are fans of Chelsea, Kendall Marshall and John Henson. Coach Jason Kidd said he expects forward Ersan Ilyasova to play for Milwaukee on Thursday. He’s been out since December 23rd with a concussion, after he broke his nose earlier in December. This is Kidd’s third straight trip to London. He took part as a player two years ago, and as the head coach of the Brooklyn Nets last season. Kidd says it’s great for his young team to do something like this, and deal with all the distractions. A large media group greeted the Bucks today, and more reporters are expected tomorrow when the Bucks work out at the O2 Arena where they’ll play the Knicks on Thursday.
