Packer fans will get chant “Kooooon” at least one more year. Green Bay has re-signed veteran fullback John Kuhn to a one year contract. He’s coming off his second Pro Bowl Season and will return for his 9th year in Green Bay. The deal is worth the veteran’s minimum as Kuhn will turn 33 in September. Next to Aaron Rodgers, he’s the longest tenured Packer. General Manager Ted Thompson has also decided to match the 2.55 million dollar, one year deal offered to restricted free agent Sean Richardson. The Oakland Raiders signed Richardson to the offer sheet last week and Thompson had until today to match it or lose him without compensation. Richardson was the primary safety backup and one of the mainstays on special teams, leading the unit in tackles last year. The only remaining un-signed free agent is veteran defensive back Jarrett Bush.
