Todd Frazier's 2 out double scored Chris Heisey from first as the Cincinnati Reds beat the Milwaukee Brewers 4-3 in 10 innings at the Great American Ballpark Sunday. Cincinnati took three out of four games during the weekend series. Scooter Gennett and Khris Davis hit solo home runs and Jonathan Lucroy drove in Carlos Gomez with a single as Milwaukee held a 3-2 lead late. Kyle Loshe gave up two runs over 6 innings before giving way to Will Smith in the 7th. Smith was replaced by Brandon Kintzler who gave up a game tying solo home run to Brandon Phillips in the bottom of the 8th. Davis doubled to lead off the 10th for Milwaukee but was left stranded when Jeff Bianchi popped out trying to bunt, Jean Segura flied to right and Gomez struck out. Milwaukee (21-11) finished the week long road trip with a 3-4 record but maintains a five game lead in the NL Central over St. Louis. Ryan Braun was placed on the 15 day disabled list Saturday with a strained intercoastal muscle. The move is retroactive to last Monday. Logan Schafer was brought off the DL to take his roster spot.
