MILWAUKEE (WTAQ) - Opening Day was a happy one for the Milwaukee Brewers and their fans, as Aramis Ramirez's two-run double was the only offense needed in a 2-0 win over the Atlanta Braves.

Brewers shortstop Jean Segura walked to start the home 4th, while Ryan Braun singled to left. Segura went to third on the hit, and then Braun stole second base. Ramirez plated both runners with a liner down the left-field line off Braves pitcher Julio Teheran.

Milwaukee starter Yovani Gallardo struck out four, while allowing four hits and two walks in six innings of work. Francisco Rodriguez struck out two batters in the 9th to earn the save.
