APPLETON, WI (WTAQ) - A mother and daughter charged for their roles in the murder of Lara Plamann will not get separate trials.
An Outagamie County judge denied that request Friday from Dianna and Kandi Siveny.
Prosecutors say Dianna Siveny, who was in a relationship with Plamann, believed she was cheating on her. Dianna and Kandi Siveny, along with Rosie Campbell, allegedly plotted the murder.
After Campbell didn't go through with killing Plamann, Kandi Siveny allegedly fired the fatal shots in 2007.
Campbell is scheduled to begin her trial May 12. The Sivenys are then slated to go on trial May 19.
