The Horizon League presented it's post season awards for women's basketball Monday and the Green Bay Phoenix pulled in plenty of hardware.   Kevin Borseth was named the Horizon League coach of the year for the 8th time in his 11 seasons on the bench.   Borseth guided a team that replaced four starters to a 16th consecutive regular season championship and 20 victories on the year.   Tesha Buck of Red Wing, Minnesota was named the freshman of the year and she was joined by Mehryn Kraker on the all freshman team.   Kaili Luken was selected to the second team and her big sister Megan was named to the all-defensive team.   The Phoenix open Horizon League tournament play Wednesday night as the number one seed, hosting Valparaiso, a 76-69 winner at Detroit Monday night.  The game tips off at 7:00 PM at the Kress Events Center.  If the women win, they'll host the semifinals on Friday at the Kress with the Championship game Sunday afternoon.
