The Mega Millions' jackpot is up to $240-million -- the third-highest in the game's history -- after nobody won the top prize over the weekend. Only one ticket won the million-dollar second prize. That was sold in Georgia.
The numbers of Wisconsin winners for Friday night's game were not immediately available. In the previous drawing last Tuesday, almost 23,000 players in the Badger State won up to $2,500.
The current jackpot is the highest since mid-December, when a $648-million prize was claimed. The Mega Millions record is $656-million in March of 2012. Tomorrow night's cash option is $133-million.
In Powerball, a ticket sold in California won a $60 dollar jackpot on Saturday night. Almost 9,000 Wisconsin players won smaller prizes from $400 on down.
