Bucks tab Parker

It was an either/or and a win-win night for the Milwaukee Bucks at Thursday night's NBA Draft.  With the second overall choice and two players considered the cream of the crop, when the lottery winning Cleveland Cavaliers selected Andrew Wiggins of Cleveland, the Bucks snapped up 19 year old, 6-8 forward Jabari Parker of Duke University.   Parker was a dominant scorer in his one and only season with the Blue Devils.  Bucks General Manager John Hammond believes Parker will be a great fit for the Bucks.  The Chicago native says he'll feel comfortable with the Bucks franchise playing close to home.

The Bucks had three choices in the second round and will keep two of the players.  With the 31st overall pick, Milwaukee too 6-8 forward Damien Inglis who played professionally in France last season.  At number 36, the Bucks took 6-9 forward Johnny O'Bryant from LSU.  The 48th pick, 6-5 guard Lamar Patterson of Pittsburgh, was traded to Atlanta for a future second round pick.
