WAUKESHA, WI (WTAQ) - Federal officials are investigating the crash of a single-engine plane in Waukesha.
Two people suffered minor injuries when the plane crash landed in a field early Sunday afternoon, about a mile from Waukesha's airport.
Neither person had to be sent to a hospital. They were treated at the scene.
The Fox River Flyers Club of Waukesha owned the craft, which was a 1976 Piper.
The FAA will try to figure out the cause.
