The 16-0 start for 14th ranked Wisconsin is a distant memory now. The Badgers dropped a 65-56 decision to Northwestern at the Kohl Center Wednesday night, their 4th loss in the last five games. Wisconsin shot a chilly 26.3 % from the floor as the Wildcats defeated the Badgers in Madison for the first time since 1996 and for the first time ever at the Kohl Center. Drew Crawford led Northwestern with 30 points. Wisconsin was led by Ben Brust with 21. The Badgers suffered dry spells of over seven minutes in the first half and 12 minutes in the second half without a field goal. Wisconsin (17-4, 4-4 Big Ten) will meet Ohio State on Saturday.
