MADISON, WI (WTAQ) - An aide to a state lawmaker has pleaded not guilty to two counts of felony election fraud.
33-year-old Marcie Malszycki was charged Tuesday in Dane County, where she waived a preliminary hearing and entered her pleas. A pre-trial hearing is set for March 4th.
For now, she's free on a signature bond.
Prosecutors said Malszycki voted in Onalaska, near La Crosse, in 2008 and 2010 while her home address was Madison. She's currently an aide to Assembly Republican Warren Petryk of Eleva.
