(WNFL) - The U-W Green Bay women will play their first Horizon League road game tonight at Youngstown State. The Phoenix are 8-and-6 overall, and 1-and-1 in league play, after losing by 11 at home to U-W Milwaukee last Saturday. Sophomore Kaili Lukan scored 25 points for Green Bay in that game. She leads the team in scoring for the season at just over 12 per night. Senior Breannah Ranger is the Phoenix' rebounding leader at just over seven-and-a-half boards per outing. They'll face a Youngstown State team that's 6-and-9 overall, and 2-and-0 in Horizon play with victories over Valparaiso and Illinois-Chicago. Junior Heidi Schegel is the Penguins' only double-digit scorer with just over 20 points a game. Green Bay has beaten Youngstown State 16 straight times, with 29 victories in their last 30. Also tonight, the U-W Milwaukee women play at Cleveland State. The Parkside women-and-men are at Illinois-Springfield.
