UW Green Bay remained atop the Horizon League and set up a first place showdown Saturday by dominating Youngstown State 71-40 at the Beghley Center in Youngstown, Ohio Thursday night. The Phoenix pulled away midway through the first half to lead by 13 at the break and were never seriously threatened. Alec Brown led the way with 24 points on 6 of 11 shooting, Kiefer Sykes added 14 as Green Bay earned it's 20th win of the season against 5 losses. The Phoenix stand 10-2 in the Horizon League, one game ahead of Cleveland State, a 73-53 winner over UIC. Green Bay plays the Vikings with the regular season conference title and number one tournament seed on the line Saturday afternoon in Cleveland.
