GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) - The man police say was in charge of a Green Bay area gang has been formally charged.
26-year-old Michael Doxtator faces over a dozen charges, including 11 felonies. The charges include manufacturing/delivering narcotics, possession with intent to deliver narcotics, maintaining a drug trafficking place and neglecting a child.
Police arrested Doxtator during a traffic stop last Tuesday.
According to police statements, Doxtator would drive to southeastern Wisconsin to buy drugs for distribution in the Green Bay and Potawatomi Reservation area.
Authorities said earlier this week that they investigated the Bay City Latin Kings, which Doxtator is believed to be the leader of.
