GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) - The city of Green Bay announced Friday that a deal has been reached to sell the Clarion Hotel to a Michigan based company.
American Hospitality has purchased the hotel for $2.7 million and will spend about $5 million on renovations.
Work is expected to be done by August 2015.
The city bought the Clarion Hotel for approximately $2.5 million back in March. They wanted to make sure the nearby KI Convention Center expansion moved forward.
