LA CROSSE, WI (WTAQ) - A La Crosse man is awaiting charges after he allegedly stalked his ex-girlfriend, hit five parked cars, and threatened to kill the police officers who arrested him.

Police took the 29-year-old man to jail after Friday night's incident.

Officials said man drove his vehicle into the cars of his ex-girlfriend and four others. One of the vehicles ricocheted into a pedestrian, and the man allegedly bit two witnesses who tried pulling him out of his unit.

Officers used a Taser stun gun twice to get the suspect subdued. He was treated at a hospital before going to the La Crosse County Jail.

He was booked on possible counts of stalking, reckless endangerment, OWI, and battery, among others.
