The Green Bay Phoenix men's tennis team captured the Horizon League Tournament championship in dramatic fashion over the weekend, beating Cleveland State 4-3 in the title match at Ann Arbor, Michigan. The Phoenix won early matches but Cleveland State rallied to tie and it came down to the number three singles match. Howard Scott trailed 5-1 in the third set before roaring to a 7-5 set and championship clinching victory. Green Bay also won the Horizon League regular season title and now advances to it's second NCAA Tournament appearance in the last three years. They will learn their first round opponent on Tuesdsay.
