OCONTO, WI (WTAQ) - Charges have been filed against a Neenah man accused of causing a fatal drunk driving crash last weekend.
19-year-old Zachary Romnek is facing one count of homicide by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle. The crash happened on County Highway W in the Town of Riverview early Saturday.
The criminal complaint states that Romnek was drunk when he lost control of his pickup truck and struck a tree. 19-year-old Thornton Gressler of Bonduel died at the scene.
Romnek posted a $5,000 cash bond. He is due back in court next week.
