APPLETON, WI (WTAQ) - A teenager has entered a not guilty plea in court Monday for his alleged role in an Oneida homicide.
17-year-old Benjamin Evans is charged with aiding a felon and possession of a firearm.
Back in August, 24-year-old Kamewan Salzman was shot to death outside a bar.
Prosecutors say Salzman and Alejandro Silva got into a fight as they were leaving the tavern. That's when Silva allegedly shot Salzman, who later died at a hospital.
Authorities say following the shooting, Silva gave the gun to Evans.
