(WNFL) - The 20th-ranked Wisconsin men's basketball team upset Number-11 Florida last night, 59-to-53 in Madison.  It was the first time since 1968 that the Badgers won their home opener against a Top-25 team -- although the opportunity does not happen all that often.  Wisconsin was down 16-to-4 after the first seven minutes -- but the Badgers then went on a 25-to-10 run, and were up by three at the break.  Wisconsin led by as many as 10 in the second half before Florida tried chipping away.  Traevon Jackson committed five turnovers, but he sealed Wisconsin's win by hitting a jumper at the free-throw line with nine-point-eight seconds left.  Jackson had 13 points, and Sam Dekker led the way with 16.  Michael Frazier-the-Second scored 20 for Florida, which has been without three key players due to off-court issues or suspension.  Some other Gators have been returning from injuries -- including Frazier, who had mononucleosis.  Florida's loss dropped them to 1-and-1.  The Badgers are 2-and-0, and will play at U-W Green Bay on Saturday night.
