Milwaukee Bucks fall to Toronto Raptors 97-90 in home opener

MILWAUKEE (WTAQ) - The Milwaukee Bucks ended a 10 game winning streak over Toronto, losing 97-90 in the Bucks' home opener Saturday night at the BMO Harris Bradley Center.

The Bucks had won eight straight at home over the Raptors, with their last loss coming in November of 2008. 

The game was tied with 5:53 left, when Toronto went on a 10-3 run to take control. 

O.J. Mayo had 16 points, eight assists, and 6 rebounds for the Bucks, who are 1-2 to start the season. 

Five Raptors scored in double figures, led by Rudy Gay with 18. Gay also had a game-high 15 rebounds, to give Toronto a 2-1 start to the season. 

Both teams were rusty beyond the three-point line. Milwaukee shot 6-of-17 from beyond the arc, while the Raptors shot 7-of-23. 

Milwaukee's next game is on Wednesday night at home against Cleveland.
