OCONTO, WI (WTAQ) - A Green Bay man struck a plea deal Wednesday on charges that he killed a teenager and seriously injured two others in a traffic crash in Oconto County.

21-year-old Brandon Bosacki pleaded no contest to three reduced charges of causing homicide and injuries by negligent driving. A fourth count was dropped.

Prosecutors said Bosacki was driving over 100 miles an hour when he lost control of his car last June.

Three girls in the back seat were all ejected. 17-year-old Jamie Bialozynski was killed. The other two girls, ages 15 and 16, were treated at Milwaukee Children’s Hospital.

District Attorney Ed Burke said he would recommend a five-year prison term, plus 5 years of extended supervision and 5 more years of probation. Bosacki is scheduled to be sentenced on July 10th.
