NEKOOSA, WI (WSAU) - The teenager that caused a lockdown at Nekoosa High School two weeks ago is not welcome back to school.
School District Administrator Terry Whitmore asked for a restraining order against 18-year-old Steven Dzieglewicz. He got a temporary one Monday. Dzieglewicz has been charged with disorderly conduct after allegedly using Facebook to tell a classmate he had a gun in school.
The complaint shows his messages including, "I told you I have a way to kill everyone," and "I wanna end it all." He even told a counselor he would shoot to wound but not kill two of his close friends. Nekoosa school officials believe Dzieglewicz is a major threat to school safety, especially since he is not incarcerated.
A permanent restraining order might be issued after a court hearing April 4th.
