Make it five straight trips to the NCAA Womens Tournament for the Green Bay Phoenix as they captured another Horizon League Tournament championship by beating Loyola 54-38 Sunday afternoon at the Kress Events Center.   The Phoenix put on a 17-4 run midway through the first half to build a double-digit lead and they needed it, because Green Bay shot a chilly 23 percent from the floor in the second half.  The Phoenix clamped down defensively and won yet another conference tournament title. Sarah Eichler led the way with 16 points, Adrian Ritichie scored 15 and Breannah Ranger added 12.  Ritchie also broke the school's all-time record for made three point baskets and was named the tournament's most valuable player.  Green Bay has now won 24 straight games and improved to 29-2 on the season.  They'll find out where they are headed in the NCAA tournament when the field is announced Monday evening.
