Cole Garner's solo home run in the top of the 8th broke a 6-6 tie and helped the Milwaukee Brewers beat the Seattle Mariners in a Cactus League game Wednesday afternoon.  Khris Davis hit his second home run of the spring for the Brewers and Rickie Weeks had three hits.  Mike Fiers started and gave up a run in three plus innings, his longest outing to date.   The Brewers take on the Arizona Diamondbacks Thursday.
