Milwaukee Brewers make it two straight, 2-0 over Atlanta

MILWAUKEE (WTAQ) - Donovan Hand allowed just two hits in four-and-two-thirds innings of work, as the Brewers hand Atlanta another loss – 8 in a row now – at Miller Park.

Pitcher Francisco Rodriguez locked up his 6th save in a row and his 300th of his career in the 2-0 win.

Manager Ron Roenicke says Hand did a great job in his first major league start and hit the goal of pitching at least 4 innings.

Outfielder Caleb Gindl delivered his first major league hit in the 5th inning.
