GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) - Injuries to the Green Bay Packers wide receivers are beginning to pile up.
Undrafted rookie Sederrick Cunningham suffered a serious wrist injury on Friday. The injury required surgery, so he is out indefinitely.
7th-round pick Charles Johnson was injured Saturday, after catching his foot on the turf. The Packers say tests shows a strain to his thigh, but may return for Sunday’s practice.
With Kevin Dorsey also injured, that opened the door for undrafted rookie Tyrone Walker. Coaches have been impressed with Walker during rookie orientations as a tryout, earning him a spot on the roster.
