MADISON, WI (WTAQ) - There were more arrests Friday at the State Capitol.
For a third-straight day, Capitol Police arrested and cited over a dozen protesters at the rotunda.
Since 2011, protesters have gathered during the noon hour to sing songs and protest Governor Scott Walker’s administration.
Groups larger than 20 are now required to have a permit to gather at the Capitol.
Opponents and protesters say they are just exercising free speech rights.
