Soldiers from Oshkosh-based 1157th return home to NE Wisconsin

GREENVILLE, WI (WTAQ) - Soldiers from the Oshkosh-based 1157th Transportation Company are back in northeast Wisconsin.

Over 120 soldiers arrived at Outagamie County Regional Airport in Greenville just after 11 a.m. Friday. The unit has spent almost the past year deployed in Afghanistan.

From the airport the soldiers are being bused to the EAA grounds in Oshkosh for a welcome home ceremony. That event is set for 1:00 p.m. in Hangar C.
