APPLETON, WI (WTAQ) - Appleton police say a missing man with dementia has been found safe in the Milwaukee area.
Police had been searching for 59-year-old Michael Schram.
Authorities say Schram is believed to have hitchhiked down to Milwaukee County, where he was located.
