It's reporting day for the Milwaukee Brewers at their spring training complex in Maryvale, Arizona. Pitchers and catchers check in today. Manager Ron Roenicke, entering his third year at the helm, will be looking over a lot of young arms vying for spots on the staff and in the starting rotation. During the On Deck program in Milwaukee last month, Roenicke indicated Yovanni Gallardo and Marco Estrada will be at the top of the rotation but the rest of the spots may be up for grabs. There are several youngsters in the mix. Chris Narveson is coming off shoulder surgery last year but he says he feels great. Mike Fiers, Mark Rogers and Willy Peralta are expected to figure into the mix and the Brewer bullpen got an overhaul during the winter with closer John Axford the only returning veteran with experience. The Brewers first workout will be Wednesday, the rest of the squad arrives this weekend and the team's first Cactus League game is set for February 23.
