GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) - A woman will stand trial on charges she murdered her boyfriend in Green Bay last year.

In Brown County court Thursday, 47-year-old Lois Velaszquez waived her right to a preliminary hearing.

Velaszquez is accused of stabbing 35-year-old Derrick House during an argument back in May. Police say the two had been fighting about cheating.

Velaszquez is due back in court February 18.
