The Green Bay Packers Wednesday signed offensive lineman Kevin Hughes to a contract.  Hughes, from Southeast Louisiana, was undrafted out of college in 2011, hooking up with the St. Louis Rams.  He played in three games for the Rams and spent part of the season on their practice squad.  Hughes (6-4, 304) was out of football until the end of the 2012 season, spending the last six weeks of the year on the San Diego Chargers practice squad.
