MADISON, WI (WTAQ) - Governor Scott Walker's office says it will continue its policy of not granting pardons. Iraq War veteran Eric Pizer of Plain has asked for a pardon so he can become a police officer. The 32-year-old Pizer, who spent four years in the Marines and was home for just two days after he tried breaking up a scuffle outside a tavern near Boscobel. That was in 2004. He pleaded no contest to felony battery.
