GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) - A wild second half at snowy Lambeau Field turned out sour for the Green Bay Packers in a 38-31 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers Sunday.

A fumble from Packers quarterback Matt Flynn, who was scrambling for a first down deep in his own end, was recovered by the Steelers. Pittsburgh running back Le'Veon Bell scored from 1 yard out to put the Steelers ahead for good with 1:28 left.

The Packers (7-7-1) got one final chance, after Micah Hyde's 70-yard kickoff return set up the Green and Gold at the Steelers' 31 yard line. Flynn led the Packers to the 1-yard line, but one last pass for receiver Jarrett Boykin was incomplete, ending the game.

Flynn finished 21-of-39 for 232 yards with one touchdown and one interception. That pick was returned 40 yards by Pittsburgh's Cortez Allen for a touchdown.

Running back Eddie Lacy scored two touchdowns for Green Bay, who now needs the Chicago Bears to lose Sunday night in order to set up a deciding game next weekend for the NFC North Division title.

The Steelers (7-8) remained in the AFC Wild Card chase, although they need some help to make the playoffs.
